I'm over here working out what Joel meant when he said Rend your heart to God.  

I've been working it out for days.

To tear in two?  To destroy with force?  To rip out all of the bad seaming in order to realign in a nice and neat and straightened way?  Or to rip out all of the seaming simply to show you'd like to return and you'll be needing Him to mend.
