Let me tell you what to do when you can feel your heart getting away from you.

Climb into your car and drive deep into the world.  Go somewhere distant and wild and reteach yourself those ancient words you have forgotten.  Remind yourself of your savior.  And fall heavily into love with His goodness around you.

Or don't drive.  

He's right here inside this minute and sometimes when I am very quiet in my mind I find the promised land.
