I've been on the couch since I got home two hours ago feeling completely run over by an eleven hour day, a weekend that seemed to last seconds, the Christmas tree still up and the dishes on the counter and the laundry in the machines.  Even the snickers wrappers on the coffee table feel like too much.  It is one of those days where the wise words read this morning are so quiet now I can't recall them.  One of those I need to dismiss myself from life for a quick five to regroup before those lovely monsters file back in.

And now I'm here on the couch, moving from horizontal to vertical, and I am listening over and over to this reminder because it is hard to focus when you have Christmas trees and snickers wrappers and dishes and monsters, but there are so many battles won, so many blessings unrealized and there is His grace and the prayer to never forget.

For All That You Have Done
