Hi there.
It's been a while.
I've been living hard because I don't want to miss anything. I'm knocking things off my list, but not as quickly as I'm writing new ones.
I am so sad to go.
But instead of thinking about that, I'm going to share what I've done. It makes me feel a little better.
I...
caught my first fish.
four wheeled 46 miles through mountains and into lakes.
biked up the mountain at midnight and sang to the stars.
jumped in the lake the minute it turned into July 4th.
learned how to wash a horse.
shot a gun. Lots of guns.
floated the river with my favorite people.
found a really great church that I'm most sad to leave.
celebrated my grandpa's 79th birthday.
paddled out to the middle of the lake and went skinny dipping with plastic tubes.
bought a flower for my car.
bought a car and drove to a lake house in Montana.
went to Glacier with my dad.
looked at the stars from the top of the city with a good friend.
smoked cigars on the beach at night.
listened to live jazz and sipped good wine.
ate a gooey.
and left my computer turned off for two months.
Why am I leaving, remind me.
Oh, that's right.
That seemed like a really good reason when I was locked up in a house with a 17 year old for a month. And when it rained the whole next month.
But it's summer now. It's summer and I don't want to say goodbye.
